Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 June 2026

ADMI Enterprises ("we", "us") operates this website at admienterprises.com. This is a marketing site: it has no user accounts, no login, and no online store. We keep data collection to the absolute minimum and this policy explains what little we process.

Who is the data controller

ADMI Enterprises, contactable at info@admienterprises.com. Company identification (registered name, company ID and registered office) will be listed here.

What we collect

Email you send us. If you contact us at our email address, we receive your message and any details you choose to include. We use this solely to reply and to manage our business relationship.

Contact form. If you use the contact form on our homepage, we receive the name, email address and message you submit. The message is delivered straight to our inbox by our email provider (Mailjet) and is used solely to reply to you. Nothing is stored on this website itself.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard server data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site securely and to detect abuse. We do not use this data to build profiles of visitors.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party tracking. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is required. If we add privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We rely on Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting and content delivery, which processes technical data as described above on our behalf. Email you send us is handled by our email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet any legal obligations, after which it is deleted. Hosting logs are retained for a short period by Cloudflare for security purposes.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA, the GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@admienterprises.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in the Czech Republic this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.cz).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
